Hello folks, been a bit snowed under with work etc and so have only just managed to get the first Dexter of the season to the abattoir.
The beef will be silver service butchered and vacuum packed in the various joints and cuts of meat and then boxed into the 5, 10 or 15 kg boxes.
If you have not yet placed your orders please make sure you go on the website and either send me your contact details or place your orders using the newly created order form.
If I have your order details rest assured I will aim to deliver these direct to your door so please make sure you have fridge or freezer space.
You know this is the best meat around as it is fully traceable and raised in the most lovely settings of various nature reserves.
Remember British meat is best and Dexter meat from Mark Black Farming is 100% local and no traces of horse to be found.
