The Pedigree Dexter Cattle Society's Certified beef scheme has been set up to help to promote quality pedigree Dexter beef.
Only pedigree dexter cattle are eligible to be sold on this scheme.
The consumer can be assured that if the beef is certified with this registered trademark label that the product is fully traceable and produced by some of the very best beef herds in the country of which Mark Black Farming Ltd is proud to be amongst the elite group.
